I downloaded and can't view it on Windows Media. All I'm getting is the sound, no picture. I've never had a problem before. Can you help me? Thanks...

I'm not sure why you're having problems because it played for me in Windows Media. If you can't figure it out, try downloading VLC (http://www.videolan.org/vlc/). It's completely free and works like a charm.

As for the file with just JC's comments, that will come Sundays/Mondays when the episode has aired in Canada :-)

Thank you Eva. What I ended up doing was downloading a codec for Windows Media and it worked fine.

I wish they had got on tape where Randy Jackson said JC looked equally as pretty! Oh well it was fun reading about. LOL
