JC mentions in AJ McLean interview

For old times' sake, who is your favorite *NSYNC member and song?
AM: It's going to be a tie because I'm actually really good friends with JC [Chasez] and Justin. JC and I have worked on quite a few songs together for my solo record and the Backstreet Boys record. As far as songs go -- "Gone." It's just a great, well-rounded, well-crafted record. It's one of those records I actually wish we had.
Do you guys ever get together and have boy band reminiscing parties?
AM: If I'm in the studio with JC, we'll start talking, and it'll spark a whole conversation about when we were all on tour together. "Remember that place...remember that girl... remember that party... remember that show." If we wrote a book together, good God, it'd be bigger than War and Peace. [source]

Fan report on spotting JC at AJ's LA show at the Roxy
Thanks to Misha at LiveDaily for letting us share his report.
"It was kind of amusing to watch the crowd reaction to seeing JC. During the opening acts, I spent most of my time near the bar area, which was a little less crowded than the floor. However, I did wander around the edge of the floor area checking the VIP area, and looking for vantage points to take photos of AJ. As I was wandering, I noticed cameras (or cell cameras) would occasionally flash towards the crowd and not towards the stage. After a while I decided to track down the video crew to get more info about what they were filming. As I scanned the VIP section to see if they were there, I saw JC at a table near the front.
Usually club lighting is low enough that I don't notice celebrities, but he really stood out. As I went back to the floor crowd, I could see more and more heads turning in his direction as people recognized him and word spread, and more and more camera flashes. Despite the distraction he seemed to be in good spirits and kept greeting people who walked by his table. At the end of the concert, people took photos of him at his table, and some called out "we Love you, JC!" He didn't go to the after-party in the upstairs club."
