Singer and *NSYNC alum JC Chasez stopped by Seventeen's offices recently to talk about the season finale of Randy Jackson Presents: America's Best Dance Crew, which airs live tomorrow at 10pm ET.

Throughout the competition, the real-life street teams have been krumping, clowning, popping and locking their way through the competition. The dancing is really incredible! If you haven't checked it out yet, visit MTV.com to watch full episodes.

"The show is a lot of fun," JC said. Along with hip-hop artist Lil Mama and choreographer Shane Sparks, JC helps critique the crews from week to week. When asked if being a member of the Mickey Mouse Club or *NSYNC prepared him as a judge, JC said, "I've always been in a situation where I've had to work with other people, and I understand variety. I feel like I have the right kind of experience."

JC told us he wouldn't just want to be a dancer (his passion is in songwriting and producing), but he really respects what the dance crews can do. "This show offers more exposure [for the dancers] than any other job they could be offered. In other areas of dance like Broadway or music videos, they wouldn't be in the focus as much; this show brings them to the forefront," he said.
