Brooke a Wish come true

...If this isn't the Jonatha Brooke you expected, chances are you'll be pleasantly surprised. Other surprises pop up in the song credits, notably the writing and vocal contributions of ex-boy-banders JC Chasez and Nick Lachey.

The song "Careful What You Wish For" was originally intended for Chasez's solo album, but he opted instead to use another track, the smoothly flowing ballad, "Beautiful Girl." Not only did the boys help out with Brooke's album, her songwriting skill provided them with quality material for their own releases. Lachey's internationally released LP, What's Left of Me, features a cover of Brooke's "Because I Told You So."

What were such pop icons like to work with?
