Due Out: January
Rolling Stone magazine - Thanx C! :-)
When NSYNC's other heartthrob, JC Chasez, hit the studio to record the follow-up to his 2004 solo debut, he took a page from former bandmate Justin Timberlake's playbook: getting JT collaborator Timbaland to produce one track ("Fire") and Timberlake himself to co-write and co-produce work on two others (the lead single, "Until Yesterday," and the club banger "God Bless America"). "'Fire' is all things Timbaland," says Chasez. "The guitar line is hypnotic, and the record is bouncy and beat-driven." He spent a year recording the disc in New York, Atlanta, London and Miami - depending on which producer he was working with. "Dallas Austin lives in Atlanta, so I went there," he says. "Tim was in Miami. Most producers are more comfortable in their own environment."
