J-Lo And *NSYNC Network Concert Specials Air This Week
(11/19/01)

Both Jennifer Lopez and *NSYNC have network-television concert specials set to air this week, hot on the heels of Britney Spears's first-ever concert special, Britney Spears: Live From Las Vegas, which debuted on cable's HBO last night (November 18).

Jennifer Lopez's first televised concert special, Jennifer Lopez In Concert, airs on NBC tomorrow night (November 20) at 10 p.m. ET. The hour-long special was recorded during concerts at Roberto Clemente Stadium in San Juan, Puerto Rico, on September 20 and 21. In the show, Lopez performs a dozen songs from her debut album, On The 6, and her current album, J. Lo, including: "Love Don’t Cost A Thing," "I'm Real," "Play," "Ain’t It Funny," "Waiting For Tonight," and "If You Had My Love," among others.

*NSYNC's concert special, *NSYNC Live! The Atlantis Concert, will air on CBS on Friday (November 23) at 10 p.m. ET. The concert was taped last week at the Atlantis Hotel on Paradise Island in the Bahamas. The group performed many of its top hits, including "Pop," "Tearin' Up My Heart," "I Want You Back," "Girlfriend," "Bye Bye Bye," "It's Gonna Be Me," "Pop," "This I Promise You," and its latest single "Gone" Country star Tim McGraw made a guest appearance and performed his new single, "Angel Boy," from his current album, Set This Circus Down. McGraw also joined *NSYNC for a tribute to America in a never-before-performed medley of standards that included "Stand By Me," "Fire And Rain," and "Lean On Me."
